How We Work

We work with people who've spotted an opening they can't reach alone. The work moves end to end through one small team — plan, design, build, ship — without seams in the middle. AI tooling makes that scope possible. The work stays coherent.

Planning comes first. We give it the time the work needs. What comes out is documentation the client owns. Some clients take that documentation and build from it themselves. Others stay on for the build.

When they stay on, we work alongside their team — through the decisions and the ship, day by day. The software we build is the client's. They can take it from there, or keep us on for what's next. Both work.

AI agents are powerful, but they don't ship software. We orchestrate them with judgment. That's the work.
