What the form collects

When you fill out the intake form, we collect the answers to ten questions — nine open-ended responses about the work you're considering, plus your email address so we can write back. We also store your IP address for the duration of the rate-limit window (one hour) so a single visitor can't flood the form.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database that Thrivant Solutions owns and operates. Your intake answers aren't exported to a third-party CRM, marketing automation tool, or analytics service. Email is sent through a transactional provider that touches the message in transit and does not retain a copy.

What we do with it

We use your answers to decide whether a fit call makes sense, and to make the first ten minutes of that call useful. We don't sell, share, or syndicate intake answers. We don't add your email to a list — there is no list.

Site analytics

We measure how the site is used — which pages get viewed, where visits come from, and whether the intake form gets submitted — through Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. It's aggregate and cookieless: no cookies are set, no tracking follows you across other sites, and nothing is tied back to you as an individual. We use it to see which pages do their job, not to build a profile of anyone.

Retention

Submissions stay in the database indefinitely until you ask us to delete yours. To request deletion, write to hello@thrivantsolutions.com from the email address you submitted. We'll confirm and delete within a few business days.

Changes

If we change how intake data is handled, we'll update this page and note the change in the file's commit history. The repository is the source of record.
